Leigh Cray – Administrator
Leigh looks after membership, finance and communications. She is a qualified business and finance manager and greatly enjoys what she does. Her pastor commended her to us, the Rev Steve Sheppard, who has informed us of her good standing within the Elim movement. Leigh fellowships with her husband, Andy at Water’s Edge Elim Church, Parkstone where she is Finance/Safeguarding Officer and a Sunday School Teacher. She also sings gospel music and believes God wants to use her voice.
Keith has been a church leader in the area for some time now and has a heart for church-planting and evangelism. He has served on the baylink team for a number of years now and is passionate to see the church of Christ working together for the Kingdom of God.
John joined the baylink team in 2015. He is one of the four elders of Poole Christian Fellowship. He has been a part of PCF and its leadership from its beginnings in 1989. In 2009, after a 25 year career in sales and marketing, he left the business world to become the church’s full-time Minister. John is married to Helen and they have three sons in their twenties and one grandson.
Pastor Paul Shepherd has been in Christian leadership since 1982 as an evangelist working with Youth for Christ, a baptist church youth worker, pastor of a church plant and for the past fourteen years pastor of Purbeck Gateway Church, Wareham. Paul is married to Debbie and they have eight children. His greatest gift is his love for God and his unconditional love for people – no matter what. Christian unity is at the heart of this mans’ vision – he sees division in the body of Christ as an attack from the pit of darkness, that must be fought against with the revelation of God’s love, in order that the world may see and glorify our Father in Heaven.
